Galway Bay fm newsroom – A vigil in solidarity with the French people will take place in the city in the next hour following last night’s terror attacks in Paris.
Over 120 people have died following six coordinated terror attacks in the French capital.
The vigil has been organised by Catherine Gagneux, the French Honorary Consul for Galway.
Equality Minister Aodhan O’Riordan is in Galway today for a number of engagements, and will attend the vigil.
It gets underway at the Spanish Arch at 2.30.
