Galway Bay fm newsroom – Cafe chain Avoca could be set to open a branch in Galway under a major expansion of the brand in Ireland under its new owners.
Aramark, a multinational catering company, bought the chain from the Pratt family for around 60 million euro.
It’s now planing to finanace an ‘agressive’ expansion in Ireland before taking it to the UK.
According to the Irish Times, Galway is among a list of potential locations, which also includes Cork, Limerick and Waterford.
Avoca already has a retail-only store in Letterfrack.
