Galway Bay fm newsroom – There are plans for new housing in Renmore in the city.
Tony and Mary Shaughnessy have applied for planning permission for 9 new homes at Dun na Mara.
The houses will be semi-detached with one detached and will include a new enlarged turning area.
A decision is due from the city council in January.
