Galway Bay fm newsroom – Communities in the city will be celebrated tonight at Galway City Community Network’s final meeting of the year.
A meeting for members of the city’s Public Participation Network will take place at 7pm at the Menlo Park Hotel.
This will be followed immediately afterwards at 8p.m with presentations on Galway 2020, Cultural Strategy Framework, Galway Healthy Cities and Galway Smart Cities Initiative.
At 9p.m Mayor of Galway, Frank Fahy will open a celebration to thank voluntary and environmental groups for their work in the city.
