Galway Bay fm newsroom – MET Eireann has issued a status yellow weather warning for Galway.
The rainfall warning has also been issued for Counties Mayo, Cork and Kerry,
The national forecaster is predicting rainfall of up to 40mm across the county.
The weather warning remains in place until noon today. (Saturday)
