Galway Bay fm newsroom – A Galway-based training organisation is to make a significant jobs announcement in the coming weeks after signing a major partnership with the National Skills Development Corporation in India.
The Indian government agency is tasked with upskilling 500 million Indians by 2022 as part of an initiative to make India the ‘Skills Capital of the World.’
The partnership will make Parkmore-based ALISON one of the most significant international educators in India.
The announcement will also mean a major jobs boost for the west of Ireland, as ALISON HQ will be seeking to rapidly expand its team.
Positions include software developers, analytics, sales and marketing, and e-learning specialists.
ALISON says it will make an official announcement on the new positions in the coming weeks.
