Galway Bay fm newsroom – Two seminarians have been ordained as Deacons for dioceses in Galway.
Bishop of Cloyne William Crean ordained Louisburgh native, Aidan Gallagher to the Tuam archdiocese and Declan Lohan for Galway Diocese at a special ceremony yesterday. (29/5)
They joined 7 other seminarians who were ordained deacons for dioceses around the country.
The diaconate is the first of three ranks in ordained ministry in the Catholic Church.
