The Palace grounds in Tuam will host the All-Ireland Inter-county Cross Country Championships this Sunday with racing getting underway at 12 Noon. Galway are expected to feature strongly in all four races on the day following some good results in competition during the winter season.
The Galway County Team Manager is Ian Egan of Tuam AC. He told John that it has been 42 years since it was held in County Galway.
